Pet details that may vary by home

• Whether the specific home allows pets and whether cats, dogs, or other animals are handled differently.
• Any property-specific limits, deposits, fees, rent, breed restrictions, weight limits, or documentation needs.
• Parking, yard, shared-area, or access notes that may affect pet ownership at that home.
• Assistance-animal or accommodation requests, which are reviewed separately from ordinary pet approval.

Applicant pet checklist

• Check the property card and detail page for pet notes before applying.
• Ask leasing if you have multiple pets, a large pet, an uncommon animal, or a timing question.
• Keep vaccination, registration, pet photo, or assistance-animal support information ready if requested.
• Do not assume a pet approval at one home applies to every RDX Rentals listing.

Assistance-animal requests are separate from pet approval.
