Create an applicant account, activate a resident portal, or route staff into operations.

Applicant accounts are self-service. Resident access is activated from a staff invitation after a home assignment is in place. Staff users sign in separately to manage listings, tenants, maintenance, uploads, and application review.

Current residents should use the activation link sent by the RDX Rentals team. Staff using a seeded account for the first time can set up MFA here before signing in.
