Staff sign in here after MFA has already been enrolled.

Use your staff email, password, and the current six-digit code from your authenticator app to enter the operations console.

Use MFA setup only for a first-time staff enrollment or if you need to re-enroll a user into an authenticator app.

First-Time Setup

Enroll the authenticator once, then come back here for normal sign-in.

  1. Open MFA setup only when a staff account is being enrolled or re-enrolled.
  2. Verify the staff email and password to reveal the QR code and manual secret.
  3. Scan the QR code in your authenticator app.
  4. Return to Admin Login and sign in with email, password, and the six-digit code.

Once you are inside the staff console, listings, residents, maintenance, reports, accounting, and audit history all remain behind staff-only access.
